Join us as Senior Account Executive in our Melbourne office, where we have big ambitions for the future of DC. We are focused on creating five pieces of great work that define our next chapter and are working towards becoming Agency of the Year by 2027. To do that we need people passionate to grow client partnerships, create exceptional work and make a real impact.
This is an opportunity for a rising star to work across 2 high‐profile brands and build a well‐rounded skillset that goes beyond traditional PR. You'll be supported by experienced leaders, giving you the chance to develop, take ownership, and shape your career in integrated communications.
This is a permanent role, working on a hybrid model in our Melbourne office.
Core responsibilities
* Support the planning and delivery of integrated PR campaigns, including media relations, influencer activations, and partnerships.
* Drive day to day account management, from media sell‐ins and coverage tracking to reporting and forward planning.
* Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and client stakeholders, contributing to strong and trusted partnerships.
* Assist in the development of creative campaign ideas, content, and press materials, while ensuring high‐quality output.
A bit about you
* At least one year of experience in a PR, marketing, or creative agency environment.
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership; you take pride in getting things done.
* A proactive and 'can do' mindset, you're collaborative and have a humble approach to teamwork.
* Strong communication and a genuine interest in media and integrated marketing, a genuine desire to build your skillset.
