Position overview
The Office of the COO is seeking a dynamic Head, Office of the COO to provide senior leadership across core operational, planning, and compliance functions. This role acts as a central coordination point for the COO, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, consistent decision‑making, and effective risk management across the Portfolio. You will oversee key relationships with Directors and Executives, guide long‑term planning aligned with institutional priorities, and lead the development of high‑quality operational communications and briefing materials. The role also strengthens internal capability by supporting staff development, coordinating workload allocation, and maintaining clear escalation pathways.
