We are seeking a Student Adviser to join our team. This is a key point of contact for online students, providing outstanding customer service and support.
In this role, you will establish and maintain early relationships with designated groups of commencing UniSA Online students, assisting them in their transition to study. You will provide high-quality support and customer service, responding to queries relating to enrolment, study support, student wellbeing, and administration.
You will work collaboratively with staff across UniSA Online and the wider University, contributing to an ongoing culture of excellent customer service and continually improving online education.
This is a full-time, fixed-term contract opportunity until 8 June 2026.
The successful candidate will have:
• Demonstrated provision of high-quality, responsive customer service
• Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures
• High levels of empathy and collaborative teamwork approach
