Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support key health initiatives at the Nepean Hub of the Charles Perkins Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful work that improves health outcomes.
As the Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating project activities, fostering connections across research and clinical networks, curating and delivering events, and managing finances and project ethics. You will be responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and delivery of key research and health programs aligned with the Centre's strategic priorities.
You will also be involved in building strong networks across Nepean, Camperdown, and Westmead, with a focus on engaging early- and mid-career researchers. Your excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills will enable you to work effectively across disciplines and locations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
* Experience in project management and administration within a research, university, or health environment
* Strong understanding of research processes including ethics, governance, and reporting
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across disciplines and locations
