Trade Assistant Role Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to special class welders in maintenance operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
* Assist riggers and trades personnel with lifting and rigging tasks on fixed plant equipment.
* Support hands-on during shutdowns and maintenance work, including preparation, removal, and installation of heavy plant components.
* Set up and pack down equipment for dual lifts and complex rigging operations under qualified personnel guidance.
* Work alongside crane crews, mechanical fitters, and scaffolders to ensure smooth workflow and safe work practices on site.
