Job Description
As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in creating high-quality meat products through various tasks. Initially working from 6am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 6am to 2pm on Friday, you will then move into a shift running from 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday after comprehensive training.
Responsibilities
* Tipping meat onto trolleys
* Weighing and vacuum-sealing raw meat products with sauces
* Packing product onto trays and loading them onto cooking cages
* Moving trolleys and cages as needed
* Maintaining a clean and organised workspace through general cleaning and housekeeping
* Adhering to HACCP and WH&S Policies for safety and compliance
* Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets
About You
Key requirements include:
* Being physically fit, capable of lifting up to 25kg and performing pushing/pulling tasks
* Comfortable working in cold temperatures ranging from 1-5°C
* Being punctual, reliable, and committed to contributing to the team
* Able to provide two references from previous employers (Managers/Supervisors only)
Work Conditions
Working hours and days are as above. Daily provision includes sliced meats, bread, condiments, and fruit.
