M.A.S.S. Electrics is a well‐established industrial electrical contractor, operating continuously since 1985. While we've been around for decades, our strongest growth has come in the past three years — and we're now looking to bring on another competent INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN or DUAL TRADE ELECTRICAL‐MECHANICAL Technician to support that momentum.
We do purely industrial work — no domestic — servicing a range of blue‐chip and large industrial clients across North‐West Melbourne.
About the Role
You'll work closely with our team across all technical aspects of our industrial projects, including:
* Maintenance, breakdown response, installation, and commissioning
* Contributing to capability uplift across the business
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, problem‐solving, and working in real industrial environments.
About You
* Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia
* A-Grade Electrician with high mechanical aptitude
* A-Grade electrical licence is mandatory for this position
* Demonstrated competency with Hydraulics and Pneumatics
* Advanced Fault finding skills
* Minimum 5 years' industry experience
* Strong industrial background (manufacturing, automation, processing, etc.)
* Reliable, professional, and committed to quality work
* Willingness to participate in a 24‐hour rotating on‐call roster (Typically 1 week on call, 4 weeks off)
