Please note: This is a locally based role. FIFO is not available — applicants must reside in Kalgoorlie.
What You'll Be Doing
* Carry out maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on pumps and mechanical systems
* Accurately diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment faults
* Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality across all tasks
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and job targets
* Complete detailed records and job documentation to support quality standards
* Enjoy a consistent 38-hour workweek and be home every night
What We're Looking For
* You must have full working rights in Australia.
* Local to Kalgoorlie – this is not a FIFO position
* Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (or equivalent)
* Solid hands-on experience as a Mechanical Fitter
* Strong understanding of pumps and mechanical systems
* Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
* A safety-first mindset with a commitment to doing the job right
