Location: Yass | Rate: $37.39 per hour + super | Duration: ASAP start to February 2026

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to complex customer enquiries across multiple channels with accurate, timely information
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service that reflects our values and commitment to customers
- Maintain and update customer records and databases in line with privacy and legislative requirements
- Handle complaints and escalated issues professionally to achieve effective outcomes
- Assist customers in building their knowledge of our products and services
- Support continuous improvement by contributing ideas to enhance service delivery and team performance
About You
- You're a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Take part in an 8–10 training programme spanning five consecutive days
- Take part in a training programme in Sydney
- You're a team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
- You're adaptable, organised, and committed to continuous improvement
