Role Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated, energetic and well‐organised person to join our team as an active Business Development Manager, who will contribute to the growth and development of the Ci Group by building and maintaining strong working relationships with potential and existing customers.
Responsibilities
* Work with the NSW team to deliver consistent and outstanding customer service, leading to customer retention and business growth.
* Build strong customer relationships.
* Identify new market opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
* Provide a high level of customer service and maintain positive working relationships with all key stakeholders.
* Achieve sales target, revenue and gross profit budgets.

Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar sales role (experience in the AV/technology industry is preferred).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
* Self‐motivated and sales‐driven.
* Target and KPI focused with an excellent track record in achieving targets.
* Positive attitude, willing to go the extra mile, outstanding work ethic and a strong passion to grow within the business.
