BAR LETTERA as part of Citadines on Walker North Sydney, managed by The Ascott Limited, is now seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Barista and Cafe all rounder - Casual Join us and bring your guest service expertise to a restaurant where tradition meets innovation
In this role you will be responsible for:
* Delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring every interaction is warm, efficient, and exceeds expectations.
* Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of your allocated section at all times, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
* Preparing and presenting food and beverages in line with company standards for quality, taste, and appearance.
* Communicating effectively with team members and management to maximise service efficiency and promptly address guest needs or concerns.
* Following all operational procedures including billing, cash handling, stock control, and compliance with RSA and relevant legislation.
To be successful in this role you must have:
* Proven experience in a food and beverage or hospitality environment, with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
* A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate and sound knowledge of liquor licensing laws.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to remain professional and positive under pressure.
* A flexible and proactive approach to work, including availability to work varying shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation.
