Brand Experience & Operations Coordinator - Retail

We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Brand Experience & Operations Coordinator to help bring our omni campaigns, digital content, and internal comms to life. This is a hands-on, hybrid role that combines retail coordination, content dispatch, and campaign traffic management. One day you're uploading content to our digital screens, the next you're briefing artwork or chasing packaging deadlines for a major store promo.
You'll be the go-to person between marketing, creative, retail, and store development — keeping everything on track, accurate, and customer-ready. If you've ever been a studio traffic manager, dispatch assistant, or production coordinator (especially in a fast-paced agency or retail team), you'll feel right at home.
About the Role
This role supports the smooth delivery of all omni channel campaigns and experiences with an emphasis on our in store activity. You'll manage digital and physical campaign dispatch, coordinate internal comms to store teams, and act as the primary uploader for our in-store screen content. You'll also jump in on the logistics and coordination of store events, activations, and local marketing activity.
This is a fast-paced, collaborative role with a wide remit, ideal for someone who's organised, hands-on, and loves bringing structure to moving parts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the end-to-end rollout of retail campaigns – physical signage, pricing, screen content, VM toolkits and more
* Own the dispatch and upload process for digital in-store screens including digital pricing.
* Manage internal communications to store and head office teams – campaign updates, launches, promos, and operational changes
* Liaise with creative, brand, and commercial teams to traffic briefs and manage timelines
* Act as the primary point of contact for store teams needing campaign info, signage, or comms support
* Help bring brand activations and in-store events to life – think logistics, materials, and execution
* Support the Brand Experience Manager - Retail on store openings, seasonal changeovers, and local area marketing activity

Who You Are:
You thrive on detail, love a timeline, and take pride in keeping people informed and things on track. You're comfortable working across departments, chasing deliverables, and making judgment calls when needed. You enjoy variety, and you're not afraid to jump in and figure things out.
You might be working in production, coordination, or retail ops now or maybe you've done a stint as an agency runner or studio assistant and want a permanent seat at the table. Either way, you're fast, reliable, and love being the one who gets things done.
You bring:
* 2+ years' experience in retail operations, campaign coordination, studio traffic, or production dispatch
* Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple timelines and stakeholders
* Familiarity with campaign planning and rollout in a retail or creative environment
* Experience working with digital platforms (bonus points for screen content upload or asset management tools)
* Clear and proactive communication – you keep people in the loop and flag risks early
* A hands-on, flexible mindset and love of working in a cross-functional team
