Business Development Manager
This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Business Development Manager in Real Estate or Leasing Consultant to excel in a dynamic and supportive environment.
* Sourcing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and outreach initiatives.
* Converting Property Management leads from the sales team by building strong relationships and leveraging effective communication skills.
* Collaborating closely with the Sales Agents & Property Management team to drive business growth and achieve common goals.
* Maintaining and developing client relationships through regular engagement, exceptional service, and personalized support.
* Providing professional advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Coordinating and conducting market appraisals to inform strategic business decisions.
* Responding to Leasing inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and accurate information to clients.
* Completing ad hoc administration duties as required to ensure seamless operations.
* Securing and leasing properties, then seamlessly handing over to the Property Management Team.

* Proven track record of success in Business Development or Leasing Consulting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
