The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our financial services regulatory team based in Sydney.
Working as part of a close-knit national practice lead by Partners Charlotte Henry and Alice Molan, you will advise local and international clients in the banking, non-bank lending, payments and fintech sectors.
Your expertise in non-contentious FSR will provide valued support to clients facing an increasingly complex regulatory environment and allow them to adeptly navigate upcoming reforms.

Relevant regulatory experience covering one or more of the following areas: payments, financial crime, consumer credit, retail and wholesale banking, prudential regulation including the financial accountability regime and digital assets.
Strong academic results and an unrestricted Australian or NZ practicing certificate.
A curiosity about our domestic and international clients and an eagerness to build relationships to support the growth and reputation of the practice, including across our global network.
An ability to manage competing priorities, work to tight timeframes and support our multi-disciplinary matters.
A genuine passion for supporting and developing more junior team members.
An innovative mindset, curious about AI and emerging technologies.
