Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering interfacing solutions to Queensland Health projects and programs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert advice on capacity, resource requirements, and timeframes for delivering these solutions.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging your exceptional customer service skills to resolve issues related to priorities, technical concepts, and scheduling. Additionally, you will assess the ability of potential applicants to demonstrate specific capabilities, knowledge, and experience.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
* Developing, monitoring, and supporting application integration interfaces (HL7 v2.3-v2.5)
* Utilizing web service technologies (REST/SOAP) and *nix systems administration (Solaris/RHEL/CentOS)
* Experiencing in using Lyniate Rhapsody Integration Engine 6.5 or later
* Demonstrating proficiency in scripting technologies (Python/BASH) and familiarity with ITIL methodology and processes
* Maintaining relationships with key internal project stakeholders to deliver required healthcare outcomes
Moreover, you will need to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure deadlines are achieved. This may involve working within a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing circumstances.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in developing, monitoring, and supporting application integration interfaces (SFIA: SINT Level 4)
* Knowledge of web service technologies (REST/SOAP), *nix systems administration (Solaris/RHEL/CentOS), and scripting technologies (Python/BASH)
* Experience in using Lyniate Rhapsody Integration Engine 6.5 or later
* Familiarity with ITIL methodology and processes (SFIA: METL Level 4)
* Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key internal project stakeholders
* Interpersonal, consultation, negotiation, and communication skills
