This multifaceted role combines janitorial, maintenance, and administrative front desk duties, ensuring a seamless experience for residents and management in a condominium setting.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily janitorial tasks, including cleaning common areas, restrooms, and outdoor spaces to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, basic plumbing repairs, and general upkeep of the building.
- Provide front desk support by welcoming residents and guests, answering inquiries, and offering assistance as needed.
- Manage packages and deliveries, ensuring they are distributed to the appropriate individuals.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for any significant repairs or issues that arise.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure and pleasant environment for residents.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in janitorial, maintenance, or customer service roles.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
