About the Role
Working as part of a professional and supportive kitchen team, you will assist in the preparation and service of high-quality meals across the Club's restaurant and functions operations. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard for restaurant and function service
* Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all menu items
* Assist with mise en place and section management during service
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver efficient service
* Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
* Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation
About You
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
* Experience in both restaurant and functions service highly regarded
* Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
* Reliable, organised, and passionate about quality food
