Job Title: Customer Service Operator
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Operator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Registration, KYC (Identity Verification) and education of new customers
* Responding promptly to incoming customer queries via phone calls and emails
* Assisting with and ensuring team procedures are appropriately documented
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A passion for customer service
* An understanding of upholding confidentiality of sensitive customer information
* The ability to make clear and well-reasoned decisions
* Availability to work weekends
* A high level of attention to detail, with an ability to effectively prioritize tasks
* Strong computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office Applications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
