Seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide assessment, treatment and recovery-based interventions to individuals and their families who experience serious mental illness.
Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality interventions that are consumer-centred, family/carer inclusive and delivered in a timely and coordinated manner.
* Work collaboratively with the broader service delivery model of MHDAS to ensure seamless integrated care for clients.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families and carers to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Relevant qualifications in a mental health discipline (e.g. Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 3, Psychologist Grade 2, Occupational Therapist Grade 2 or Social Worker Grade 2).
* Proven experience working in a mental health setting, particularly with individuals and families experiencing serious mental illness.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekend shifts, day shifts and evening shifts.
