The Role of a Training Support Specialist is multifaceted, requiring effective coordination and logistical support for technical training programs. This individual will ensure seamless delivery of training events, preparation of materials, and updates to systems reflecting learning progress. Collaboration with the Market Area (MA) Training Manager is essential in supporting both internal and external training delivery, as well as contributing to certification and competence development initiatives.


Job Description



* Training & Event Coordination:

* Organise catering and prepare training rooms.

* Print, bind materials and manage shared calendar.

* Notify team of events and manage training packs.

* Order supplies via dashboard.



Main Responsibilities


Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated organisational skills, attention to detail, administrative proficiency, communication skills, time management, passion for supporting learning and development, and technical literacy. This role requires ability to coordinate events, manage calendars, handle logistics, prepare accurate training materials, certificates, and documentation, and troubleshoot queries promptly.


Requirements



* Demonstrated organisational skills – ability to coordinate events, manage calendars, and handle logistics.

* Attention to detail – accurate preparation of training materials, certificates, and documentation.

* Administrative proficiency – experience with data entry, spreadsheets, and tracking systems.

* Communication skills – professional email etiquette and stakeholder updates.

* Time management – ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

* Passion for supporting learning and development.

* Technical literacy – comfortable using platforms like LearningPoint, SAP, Salesforce, and shared drives.

* Problem-solving – ability to troubleshoot queries and resolve issues promptly.
