Initial 2 month contract - HSW Coordinator - Financial Services - Melbourne - 5 days onsite The Company: Established for over 50 years, a values driven Financial Services firm with their head office in Melbourne. They are seeking a HSW Coordinator on an initial 2 month temporary assignment, with a view to permanent. The Role: As the HSW Coordinator, you'll support the delivery of health, safety and wellbeing strategy across the organisation. This role focuses on improving HSW systems, managing incident and risk registers, supporting return-to-work processes and helping to build a proactive safety culture. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the HSW strategy and ensuring compliance with safety legislation Maintaining and enhancing safety systems, policies, and documentation Monitoring incidents, risks, and follow-up actions Supporting injury management, wellbeing initiatives, and safety reporting Providing admin support and coordinating inspections and training Your Experience: To be successful, you'll bring: 2 years' experience in a Health, Safety & Wellbeing or similar role Knowledge of safety systems and audit processes Strong risk assessment and incident management skills Effective communication and stakeholder engagement ability Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Current Driver's Licence and ability to travel between sites How to Apply: For more details please apply or email Niall O'Donnell at nodonnell@fourquarters.com.au with your up to date CV.
