The Firehouse Bar & Restaurant is currently seeking an enthusiastic and qualified casual Commis Chef to join our kitchen brigade.
We are looking for a self-motivated, skilled chef who can thrive in a multi-shift environment and is eager to be trained across all facets of kitchen operations.

Certificate III Commercial Cookery with trade experience.
Experience – Hotel restaurant experience is a bonus.
