We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Team Leader to join Respect Group Limited at Lyndoch Living in Warrnambool, Victoria. This permanent Full Time position will provide exemplary nursing care to our residents.
The Role
This is an Enrolled Nurse demonstrating excellence in Nursing and Aged Care practice.
The Clinical Team Leader is a key member of the clinical nursing team, working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and other care staff to ensure high-quality nursing and personal care for residents.
In consultation with the Registered Nurse, the Clinical Team Leader will lead care teams, direct care practices based on best practices and consumer feedback, to promote residents' health and wellbeing and ensure a safe living environment.
The role also involves ensuring documentation compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and Quality Standards – Aged Care and Safety.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide excellence in consumer care:
o Develop a culture of high-quality clinical care, ensuring adherence to codes of conduct and standards for Aged Care.
o Ensure safe practices and excellent resident outcomes based on best practice guidelines, standards, and legislation, with a focus on consumer needs, choices, independence, dignity, and risk management.
2. Operational Leadership:
o Lead and guide care staff and students in collaboration with management, aligning with Lyndoch Living's vision, mission, and values.
o Participate in staff development processes, including appraisals and medication processes.
3. Ensure compliance with standards and legislation:
o Complete and submit AN-ACC documentation timely.
o Accurately document in electronic systems, including funding and review documentation.
o Adhere to APHRA standards for practice.
Requirements
Essential:
* Current registration with APHRA as an Enrolled Nurse Level 3 with a Board-approved medicines administration qualification.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with well-developed written and oral skills.
* Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Capability to handle difficult tasks and adapt to changes.
* Current National Police Certificate or ability to obtain one.
Desirable:
* Knowledge and experience in Aged Care, with contemporary clinical skills.
* Leadership skills to foster team cohesion and management.
* Strong clinical and documentation skills.
