Lead Creative Position
The role of the Lead Creative is to develop and execute visionary ideas that drive business growth. As a senior leader, you will oversee the creative direction for all marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and objectives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and execute compelling campaigns that meet customer and business objectives. Your ability to lead and mentor a team of creatives will be essential in fostering an environment of innovation and creativity.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading creative concept development for all brand activities
* Overseeing the design and production of all marketing materials
* Collaborating with marketing to conceptualise and execute compelling campaigns
* Managing and mentoring the creative team
Required skills and qualifications include:
* 15 years creative experience in both art direction and copywriting
* Proven experience leading a Creative & Design team
* Ability to translate commercial objectives and ideas into brand activities and campaigns
* Strategic experience and ability to sell in ideas and influence cross functionally
