Throughout your selected program, you’ll receive multiple professional development opportunities such as masterclasses, training courses, and graduate conferences. You’ll be empowered to develop your technical skills, commercial acumen, stakeholder influencing, and relationship-building capabilities to set you up for success.

Our Product, Strategy, and Customer Experience career pathway offers four programs to choose from:

1. Business Banking – CommSec (Sydney)

You’ll rotate across three teams over 15 months in the CommSec Graduate Program. Our team of trading, product, and account experts work together to provide retail and wholesale clients with access to online broking and investment products. You’ll develop your knowledge within the CommSec and broader Business Banking teams.

At the end of the program, you can expect to transition into a challenging role as an Analyst within one of our CommSec teams.

1. Business Banking – Product Development (Sydney)

You’ll rotate across three teams over 15 months in the Product Development Graduate Program. You’ll gain exposure to developing new propositions, managing product lifecycle in real-time, and enhancing customer experiences.

Post-program, you can transition into a role as an Analyst in teams such as Health, Payments, Everyday Business Banking, Business Lending, or Analytics, Data, and Decision Science.

1. Retail Banking Services – Digital (Sydney)

This 18-month program includes rotations in three teams, plus three unique RBS experiences:

* Three weeks in Customer Immersion to connect directly with customers and inspire positive impact.
* Five weeks mastering Design Thinking to address real-world business challenges.
* Career Success support during the third rotation for a smooth offboarding process involving Talent Acquisition and Senior Leaders.

Potential teams include Digital Strategy, Digital Operations, UX, UI, Service Design, Design Research, or Content & Publishing.

1. Retail Banking Services – Retail Product Management (Sydney)

This 18-month program involves rotations across teams like Product Management, Strategy, Customer Experience, and Customer Support, with three additional RBS experiences similar to the Digital program.

Teams you might join after the program include Product Management, Strategy, Customer Experience, and Customer Support.
