The Talent Acquisition Advisor will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and delivering top-tier talent across various trade and professional roles.
Key responsibilities include creating bespoke advertisements to attract top talent, planning and facilitating interviews, managing the pre-employment process for candidates, and leveraging WesTrac's strong employer brand to create a robust talent pipeline.
The ideal candidate will possess a high level of emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and experience in recruitment with a focus on blue-collar sectors.
As a member of the People and Culture Team, you will work collaboratively with Hiring Managers to ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes and drive business results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Create effective job advertisements that appeal to top talent.
* Manage applicant tracking systems to streamline candidate management.
* Plan and facilitate interviews, as well as participate in assessment centres.
* Lead the pre-employment process for candidates, ensuring compliance with all role requirements.
* Partner with hiring managers to gain an in-depth understanding of their needs.
* Develop creative solutions to improve our attraction strategy.
* Utilize data and reporting to optimize the recruitment process.
