* A post-secondary qualification (tertiary or trade) in an engineering-related discipline
* Extensive experience in both asset management and project delivery
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a proven ability to build effective relationships
* Solid understanding of water infrastructure assets and systems
* Sound knowledge of asset management principles and industry best practices
