Primarily remote work with occasional site engagementTP Human Capital is seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist / Contracts Administrator to support a Tier-1 mining operation delivering a pipeline of capital infrastructure and remediation projects.This role supports the full contract lifecycle across engineering, infrastructure, and project delivery contracts, working closely with the Capital Projects and Supply teams. You'll enjoy a flexible working arrangement combining remote work with periodic site visits. FIFO travel is available from Brisbane, Townsville, or Cairns. Initial 12-month contract with a strong pipeline of work expected to extend beyond two years Key Responsibilities • Manage contracts across project delivery, from tender preparation to execution and close out • Assist with tender evaluation, contract awards, and commercial negotiations • Administer contracts during project execution, including variations and amendments • Collaborate with project and supply teams to ensure compliance with governance and commercial requirements About You • Experience in contracts administration, procurement, or supply chain roles • Strong knowledge of tendering processes and contract lifecycle management • Experience supporting capital or engineering projects • Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Excel • Ability to manage multiple contracts and tenders simultaneously • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Mining or remote operational experience highly regarded What's on Offer • FIFO from Brisbane, Townsville, or Cairns • Flexible roster – 4/3 or 5/2 • Primarily remote work with occasional site engagement • Exposure to a pipeline of major capital infrastructure projects • Work alongside an experienced Capital Projects and Supply team • Long-term opportunity supported by mine life extension to 2033 For a confidential discussion, contact Steve, Hulu, or Clayton on (07) 4447 1400.
