What is involved in mystery shopping
As a Mystery Shopper, you will be required to complete secret visits to retailers and/or restaurants and review the overall experience.
Your feedback helps our clients measure their service performance to improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Shop in various stores within a specific timeframe.
Understand the "brief" or "requirements" of the visit.
Retain the information and capture any photos needed for the shop.
Submit your survey findings online within the deadline.
Must be 18 years of age or older to participate as a mystery shopper.
Skills and Qualifications
Must be enthusiastic, well presented, reliable and can work within strict reporting deadlines.
Must have regular access to email, internet, computer/laptop or iPad/tablet and a Smart Phone.
Excellent attention to detail and information retention skills.
High level of communication, spelling and grammar skills.
