Overview
Scarboro Toyota is a long established Toyota dealership centrally located in Osborne Park in a highly visible high traffic area. The dealership is currently going through a time of significant growth and transformation. We are seeking to appoint a Part Time Receptionist who is a customer focused team member to join our team.
The successful applicant will be part of a vibrant, busy environment and be the initial primary point of contact for the dealership.
About the Role
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following:
- Ability to handle a busy switchboard and pleasant phone manners
- Exceptional attitude and proactive approach towards your work
- Making coffee and managing our dealership café between 1pm and close of business. Barista experience will be beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- The ability to quickly build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
- Qualified presentation and approach to work. Communicate clearly and effectively, with above average communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task
- Produce all work with exceptional attention to detail
- Be a friendly and out-going member of our team
- Experience working in the automotive industry is desirable, but not necessary
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers and visitors
- Manage a busy switchboard and respond to inquiries
- Support front desk operations and administrative tasks as required
- Assist with café duties between 1pm and close
