Senior Case Manager Role
Located within a skilled and enthusiastic team, this senior case management position is responsible for the statutory supervision and coordination of services for young people subject to court orders.
About This Role
* High standards of case management practice are expected with particular experience in coordinating interventions for young people at high risk of offending.
* Understanding of the youth justice system and relevant legislation are necessary.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with clients and stakeholders are required.
* Flexibility in working within a dynamic operating model is essential.
A Bachelor of Social Work or Diploma in Community Services Work is highly desirable. Other tertiary qualifications may be considered if they include units of study in case management and supervised practical work placements.
A full driver's licence is required due to the need to respond to emergencies across the state. A current employee Working with Children Check card is also necessary.
