Harcourts Mandurah is seeking a Personal Assistant/Buyers Agent to work with one of our established Sales Agents. Flexible working hours on offer. Your duties will include: Processing listing files CRM data entry Creating marketing Flyers, DL’s, Signboards, Brochures etc Answering phone & email enquires Diary management Liaising with photographers and contractors Providing exceptional customer service to clients Preparing contracts and other legal documents Any other ad hoc duties as required Requirements Strong administration skills with high attention to detail Be able to work in a pressured but friendly environment Team player and able to follow instructions and work unsupervised Previous experience in a real estate environment Friendly disposition Immaculate presentation Must have licence and own car Social media expertise Desirable but not essential - Current Real Estate Registration or willing to obtain. Be able to use the following office applications: · Outlook Photoshop Adobe Indesign VaultRE Docusign Ideally you will live locally and have knowledge of the local and surrounding areas.
