Responsibilities
* You will create and maintain a robust Prospecting Plan, including Territory Management and Prospecting objectives. For acquired customers, develop quality customer plans by outlining revenue and customer satisfaction growth strategies, partnering with Account Specialists to manage for 6 months to reach full potential.
* You will develop, lead, and execute the MSA sales strategy & priorities to enable client growth of existing and new products, positioning outcomes within the context of the client's digital marketing journey from current to future state.
* You will lead sales planning with the Account team, including achieving sales targets, increasing existing budgets, and opening new share of wallet opportunities with Audience ads and other incubation products. You will ensure shared accountability for sales targets and work with the team to bring the best resources for deal success.
* You will expand the client's view of the importance of MSA products, negotiate effectively to ensure mutual wins, and maintain good relationships during negotiations. You will persuade others without manipulation and keep a positive atmosphere during objections and negotiations.
* You will update the pipeline by reviewing top new opportunities, identifying roadblocks, and engaging the right resources to overcome client objections.
* You will execute sales activities according to pipeline and opportunity management goals, driving client outcomes at each stage per the MSA Solution Selling process for new deals.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on online media, search advertising, or SEM Sales
* OR Master's Degree in Business Administration in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 5+ years of experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on online media, search advertising, or SEM Sales
* OR 9+ years of experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on online media, search advertising, or SEM Sales
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working as part of a global team
* Experience influencing cross-functional teams
