Who you are
You are a capable and motivated Site Supervisor with specialised experience in defence projects and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
* An experienced Site Supervisor with a proven track record in defence-related construction or high-security infrastructure projects.
* Proficient in managing daily site operations, subcontractors, and compliance with strict safety and quality standards.
* Holder of relevant trade qualifications or construction management credentials.
* Skilled in leading teams effectively in remote or regional environments across the Northern Territory.
* Knowledgeable about construction practices, occupational health and safety, and defence industry regulations.
* Strong communicator, highly organised, and confident in leadership.
* Applicants with DCAC will be given priority.
What you'll do
* Oversee and coordinate all site activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and meets project specifications.
* Manage subcontractors and site personnel to maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity.
* Monitor project progress and liaise closely with project managers and clients to resolve issues promptly.
* Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety policies and defence industry regulations.
* Maintain accurate site records and reporting to support project management and compliance.
* Operate effectively within the unique challenges of remote or regional locations.
