About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our clients in the hospitality industry. You'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing ATM and gaming machines across Townsville and the surrounding areas.
What you'll be responsible for
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with ATM and gaming machines
* Providing on-site support to clients
* Maintaining equipment in optimal condition
* Managing administrative tasks, including time management and parts ordering
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in field service or a related technical role supporting ATMs, CRTs, Gaming Machines or other electro‑mechanical devices
* Strong problem‑solving, fault‑finding & troubleshooting skills across HW, SW & basic networking
* Excellent customer service orientation
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical fitness to lift and carry equipment (up to 30kg)
* Current driver's license
* Willingness to work 8.00AM - 4.06PM shift is essential.
* Week Days to be decided + allowance for weekends if worked.
