The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic and skilled Audiologist to join our team — someone who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and being part of an organisation that cares for their clients and their staff.
As the audiologist we want you to concentrate on the client and your supporting staff will take care of the rest. More time with clients less time claiming items!

Your Day-to-Day
* Be heard- have real input into how the clinic grows, how services evolve
* Deliver comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitative audiological services
* Provide exceptional client-centred care
* Work with a wide range of hearing aid technology and brands
* Build strong relationships with local GPs and allied health professionals
* Present community talks and participate in local health events
* Produce high-quality reports and maintain clinical excellence
* Collaborate within a vibrant allied health network at Simba Health
What You Bring
* Masters degree in Audiology- Full membership with Audiology Australia (AudA) or ACAud
* A genuine passion for improving lives through better hearing
* Passion to step outside the clinic and engage with the community
* Confidence working independently and within a team
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
* Enthusiasm for technology and continuous professional development
* Strong patient communication skills and a genuine desire to make a difference
* Bring your energy, your ideas and thrive as as an audiologist
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency status required
* 1-2 years of audiology experience required
