Paediatric Training Opportunity
The role of a Senior Resident Medical Officer is designed to give interested Junior Medical Officers the opportunity to pursue special skills training in paediatric medicine.
This will provide an exposure to general aspects of medical care of infants, children and adolescents and serve as a solid foundation of paediatric knowledge for use in your future clinical practice.
You will have the opportunity to work within the Eastern and Western Paediatric Training Networks, providing a high caliber of education for junior trainees.
* General medicine terms may occur at one of the secondment sites.
* These positions are accredited for General Practice.
Applicants cannot be signed up for the Paediatric RACP training program.
Further rotations may include General Paediatrics, Paediatric Emergency, Subspecialty Paediatrics Relief and Paediatric Surgery.
