Position Details:
* Permanent part-time: 2 days per week (Monday and Tuesday are required)
* Flexible hours between 9am–5pm (negotiable)
* Additional days are required during busy seasons
* Opportunity to expand hours as the business grows

Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent service to customers via phone and email to our wholesale customers and direct public enquiries
* Manage customer debtors including ongoing account follow-up and closely monitoring overdue account debts by regular phone calls and emails
* Assist in maintaining Xero accounting software to ensure accounts are current and accurate
* Assist with processing Invoices, Sales Orders and Packing Lists
* Assist management with general administrative duties as required including data entry, managing CRM & Inventory system (Cloud Based CIN 7)
* Communicate with warehouse to follow up and track orders

Skills and Experience Required
Essential
* Proven experience in customer service and administration
* Demonstrated experience in debtors management
* Proficiency with Xero or similar accounting software
* Strong skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Excellent phone manner – professional, friendly, and polite
* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Highly Desirable
* Bookkeeping experience or qualifications
* Experience with CRM and inventory database systems, preferably CIN 7
* Previous experience in wholesale or fashion industry
