Description It’s an exciting time to be a Delivery Lead at People First Bank Our team of Delivery Leads are at the forefront of shaping the creation of a new bank by leading exciting and complex projects. About the role We are now offering a unique opportunity for a Delivery Lead who has a technical understanding and extensive experience managing multiple Data Migrations. In this role, you will be required to plan co-ordinate and manage multiple delivery squads to migrate data across multiple systems to drive the creation of a new Bank. Your responsibilities as the Delivery Lead (Data) will include: Develop and document a comprehensive data migration and reporting strategy, including scope, timelines, and resources. Conduct data landscape analysis to understand the source and target systems and high level data structures. Identify and assess risks associated with the migration process and develop mitigation plans. Prepare holistic go-live plan and conduct reviews with all impacted parties Work with stakeholders to plan out the internal and external communications approach for cutover Identify and plan the operational readiness and Go/No-Go criteria for implementation Co-ordinate requirements and deliverables from other Programs required to support development, testing and path to production About You To be considered, you can demonstrate strong experience as a Delivery Manger working across both Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies. You have successfully delivered concurrent, complex initiatives within the finance and/or banking field that has involved managing a variety of stakeholders and leading cross functional teams. Experience leading the creation and implementation of multiple data migrations is essential. We also seek: Demonstrated leadership experience in successfully delivering initiative outcomes Proven estimating and resource management skills Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, developing working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and a strong focus on customer service and identifying the needs and pain points of end users Exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills Strong knowledge of banking/financial services business and associated regulatory environment. Broad technical understanding of banking [MS5] [CM6] technology including application development, infrastructure management, cyber security, and integration Experience establishing working groups and governance mechanisms Experience using JIRA to manage activities and track progress Experience preparing schedules, status tracking, and progress reporting Outstanding influencing, negotiation and communication skills. Your degree qualification in business, IT or related field or equivalent is required and certification in recognised project management qualification, with Agile certifications will be highly regarded.
