Responsibilities
The Operations Coordinator Intern will provide essential support to daily Professional Services operations by helping ensure processes run smoothly, information is accurate, and teams remain aligned. The role focuses on supporting scheduling, documentation, reporting, task coordination, and cross‐team communication. By handling core administrative and logistical activities, this position helps maintain operational structure and enables teams to focus on higher‐value work.
* Support day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth coordination of tasks across teams
* Assist with maintaining operational processes, documentation, and standard operating procedures
* Enter, update, and manage data with high accuracy across systems and spreadsheets
* Prepare reports, summaries, and status updates for leadership and team members
* Monitor key tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to keep operations on track
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items
* Support onboarding, training logistics, and communication for new or updated processes
* Assist with tracking performance indicators, risks, and operational metrics
* Aid in resolving process issues by gathering information and escalating as needed
* Maintain organized digital files, documentation repositories, and shared resources
* Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies when handling sensitive information
* Provide administrative and general operational support to managers and cross‐functional teams
Requirements
* Currently studying a degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Operations, Administration, or a related field
* Strong interest in operations, coordination, and business support functions
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage schedules and competing priorities
* High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, reporting, and data management
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
* Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast‐paced professional environment
* Ability to follow processes, maintain confidentiality, and provide strong administrative support
