Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop project schedules that meet contractual timelines and milestones.
* Identify and escalate potential project delays, facilitating timely interventions consistent with agreed-upon timeframes.
* Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
* Support project planning, resource allocation, and coordination with project managers and team members.
* Contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring, delivery, and evaluation of all project aspects, including risk reporting.
* Document project risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions, and delegated actions effectively.
* Coordinate project meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and documenting outcomes.
* Provide general administrative support encompassing invoicing, team meetings, diary management, etc.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo thorough background checks, including qualification verification and police clearance.
