Job Description:
Aluminium Boat Building Supervisor
This role requires taking ownership of the aluminium boat-building area – from hull fabrication through to fit-out.
Responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and coordinating a team of fabricators, technicians, and apprentices, planning work, allocating labour, and maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of 6-8 years of aluminium marine boat building experience
* Australian work authorisation at the time of application
* Proven experience building vessels of 12m+ in length
* Extensive team leadership experience managing large teams
