The Role
As a Diesel Mechanic, you'll be the go‑to for keeping trucks, mobile plant, and equipment running smoothly. Day to day, you'll be:
* Servicing, inspecting, and repairing a wide range of machinery
* Diagnosing and fixing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
* Staying ahead with preventative maintenance to cut downtime
* Using modern diagnostic tools to nail faults quickly
* Working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with the team to hit deadlines
* Keeping safety standards front and centre, every time
Qualifications
* Trade qualifications as a Diesel or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
* Sharp eye for detail and problem‑solving smarts
* Clear communicator who pulls their weight in a team
* Safety‑first mindset with pride in doing things right
* Flexibility to cover on‑site jobs, occasional weekends, or call‑outs
