Job Title: Experienced Finance Officer
The company is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. The role will involve performing day-to-day transactional finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, and bank reconciliations.
About the Role
1. Provide transactional finance services across the business, including accurately processing and managing manual payments and invoices.
2. Undertake tasks as required in accounts payable, vendor management, employee expenses, accounts receivable, and banking transactions.
3. Maintain accurate and timely bank reconciliations.
4. Provide professional and efficient query resolution to stakeholders.
5. Assist the Financial Control team with business requirements, including reports and GL reconciliations.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Accounting & Finance / Business / Commerce or equivalent.
* 2-5 years experience in general accounting with good knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and accruals for month end.
* Intermediate Excel skills.
