**About the Role**
Due to internal progression, we are looking for a passionate and people-focused **Assistant** **Store Manager.**
Our client is fussed about the background but is seeking a truly customer-obsessed leader, to elevate the service standards in store, grow the sales result and develop the team as they continue to grow.
**Skills and Experience**
- Strong sales background
- Ability to motivate a team to KPIs and Sales Targets
- Strong communication skills and people-focused, hands-on management style.
- Previous experience in staff performance management and recruitment
- Exposure to stock inventory management and Visual Merchandising
