Maintenance Supervisor – Production Mining | New Intra-Mining Project
Full-Time | 2:1 / 4:2 Rosters | Flights from Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide & Sydney.
Lead maintenance operations on a brand-new production mining project in Kens Bore.
REGROUP is seeking a panel of experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisors to oversee maintenance operations in a brand-new workshop which will be located in Kens Bore, part of the Intra-Mining project. This role is vital to maintaining the reliability and performance of our production mining equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency across site operations.
Location: Upper Cane and Cardo Bore East ROM Pads – Kens Bore
Roster: 2:1 for WA based OR 4:2 for eastern state applicants– Day shift, night shift
Flights Covered From: Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily maintenance of production mining equipment
* Lead and support a team of capable mechanics and contractors
* Plan, schedule and execute preventative and breakdown maintenance
* Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement timely repairs
* Oversee parts inventory, procurement and workshop process
* Ensure full compliance with WHS and site safety requirements
* Work closely with site leadership to meet KPI's
About You:
* Proven experience supervising a workshop/maintenance team on a mine site
* Trade qualification
* Must have Schedule 26 (Statutory Supervisor Course)
* Strong understanding of mobile plant and haulage maintenance and planning
* Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
* Commitment to safety, reliability and continuous improvement
