We're looking for an experienced Dermal Therapist to join our team, someone passionate about skin health, clinical treatments and delivering exceptional client experiences while achieving long-term skin outcomes.

Role Overview
As a Dermal Therapist, you will deliver advanced skin treatments while guiding clients through personalised skin journeys. This role focuses on clinical skin therapies, client education and building long-term treatment plans to achieve optimal skin outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough skin consultations, assessments and skin analysis
• Perform advanced clinical skin treatments including:
– Skin Needling
– Chemical Peels
– Clinical Facials
– Microdermabrasion
• Confidently recommend and prescribe professional skincare and treatment plans to support long-term skin outcomes.
• Educate clients on treatment options, skincare routines and aftercare
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and before/after photography
• Ensure treatments are delivered to the highest clinical standards
• Collaborate with the team to provide a holistic client experience
Who You Are
• Full Australian working rights (we cannot provide sponsorship)
• Qualification in Dermal Therapy or equivalent
• 2+ years' experience in a clinical skin environment preferred
• Experience performing skin needling, medical-grade peels and advanced facials
• Strong consultation skills with a client-focused approach
• Passion for skin health and ongoing professional development
• Warm, professional and confident communicator
• Availability to work Saturday's
