The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced hotel environment, catering for increasing levels of business in all food and beverage facilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with menu planning and preparation, leading a team of cooks to deliver high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist with menu development and implementation
2. Lead a team of cooks to deliver exceptional dining experiences

4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
Requirements
* 1-2 years experience in a similar role
* Certificate III in Cookery or equivalent qualification
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work weekends and public holidays
