About the role
As an Accounting and Financial Management graduate, you will work on projects that make a difference to the Australian community.
You'll work in collaborative teams and build your professional and technical skills in a diverse range of areas, while supporting the Australian Government's decision-making through the provision of high-quality problem-solving, analysis and advice.
You'll be supported and encouraged to undertake further learning, development and study, including professional qualifications such as those offered by Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand (CA ANZ) and CPA Australia.
Most graduate roles are based in Canberra. Some roles may be available in other Australian cities and major regional centres. Relocation assistance may be available.

To be eligible for the program, you must:
* Be an Australian citizen
* Have or will have completed a Bachelor degree or higher by 31 December 2026
* Have completed your qualification between 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2026
* Be able to obtain and maintain a valid Australian Government security clearance. A security clearance enables you to access security classified resources if required in the course of your employment. If you are required to obtain a security clearance, your employing agency will commence this process on your behalf with the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency.
* Be willing to undergo any police, character, health or other checks required
