Job Description
As a Senior Coordinator, University Records, you will lead the delivery of two strategic projects focused on improving digital and physical records management. You will establish and embed a network of champions to foster a culture of information stewardship across the organization.
This role combines project coordination with change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication. You will provide trusted guidance to ensure compliance with information management legislation and organizational policy.
Key Responsibilities
* IDentify business needs and opportunities for change, gather and analyze requirements, and translate complex issues into clear strategies and goals.
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver records-related projects, including resource management, vendor coordination, compliance tracking, and reporting on outcomes.
* Establish and lead the Records Champions Network, providing training, support, and guidance to ensure consistent records management across all units.
* Engage and communicate with stakeholders, building strong relationships and implementing communication strategies to promote project awareness and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant postgraduate qualifications and/or extensive experience in records management, project coordination, training, or a related field.
* Proven ability to deliver complex projects within large or multifaceted organizations.
* Strong communication and training skills, with experience developing and distributing materials across diverse and complex organizational settings.
* Demonstrated stakeholder engagement expertise, working effectively with a wide range of internal and external parties to achieve shared goals.
* Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and its application in organizational contexts.
